Some common diagnoses that benefit from regular hand exercises include arthritis of any form (e.g. osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, scleroderma) and hypermobility (e.g. Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder).
